Douglas C. Grissom

Doug Grissom is a Managing Director on the Madison Dearborn Partners Business & Government Services team. Prior to joining MDP, Grissom was with Bain Capital, Inc. in private equity, McKinsey & Company, Inc., and Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Grissom currently serves on the Board of Directors for: Aderant Holdings, Inc., Asurion Corporation, Complete Innovations Inc., CoVant Technologies II, LLC, LGS Innovations, City Year of Chicago, the Illinois Venture Capital Association, the Lincoln Park Zoo, METROsquash, and UChicago Impact. In addition, he was formerly on the Boards of Directors of @stake, Inc., Cbeyond, Inc., Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Corporation, Fieldglass Inc., Intelsat Holdings, Ltd., and Neoworld Holdings, LLC.

Grissom holds a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate
School of Business Administration.
