Shalini Iacobucci

Shalini Iacobucci is a Senior Manager of Professional Learning K-3. In this role, she provides strategic support in the administration, implementation, and coaching of staff for schools using STEP. She also collaborates on the continued improvement of STEP Professional Learning, including resources and training. Additionally, she oversees successful multi-school and small district implementations of STEP, including managing site relationships and ensuring the assessment is implemented with fidelity. 

Previously, Shalini worked as a Senior Literacy Consultant at R.E.A.D Worldwide and as an elementary classroom teacher. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Ohio State University, a M.Ed in Elementary Education from University of Pennsylvania, and a M.Ed in Instructional Leadership and Organizational Change from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
